Recovery controls the following five factors that I will cover (100 % of them). How much rest are you getting between workout days? If a person is really serious about their program and getting results than I recommend no more than 2-3 days off and 4-5 focused days that fluctuate in intensity. Without adequate rest, mental and physical burnout as well as injury is 100% guaranteed to follow.

I recommend massage, muscular and ligament therapy, pool, jacuzzi, and any other type of hydrotherapy. I also believe that all injuries must be tended to immediately to speed up the healing process and step up workout intensity. If you cannot get out of bed results become much harder to come by.
